Rachel Callan graduated from NUI Maynooth with a BSc in Arts (Honours) in 2015. She has worked on a vareity of projects with Applegreen and the Dublin Airport Authority, along with independently running a number of smaller self owned businesses. She has also produced a number of Android applications, focused on Health Family food and meal planning.

Domestic Structural Assessment

Recently, we went sale agreed on a property in North Kerry which was described by the estate agent as "in need of renovation and modernisation". It was built in 1977, cavity blocks, tile roof, heating system not working, vacant for some time. We needed a structural engineer to perform a thorough evaluation, and we didn't want a light touch survey. Donal Brosnan had done some work for family members, and came highly recommended, particularly for his precision and attention to detail. The survey produced by Donal and Michael can be described in one word - forensic. It went into detail on every aspect of the building, outlining defects and shortcomings, improvements and upgrades needed, design flaws, and provides a baseline for our renovation project. We have also spoken to Donal about the renovation work, and he has been able to provide some expert insights and advice. We would higly recommend Donal for any structural assessment requirements.

Company Sponsorship

Our company is always willing to assist local community organisations with sponsorship or financial assistance. We have been generous donators in the past to a range of community groups such as our local GAA Club and music festival. We recently presented a new set of jerseys to Brosna GAA Club (see right). We particularly like to assist organisations that have used our services in the past.

Envronmental Policy

Our company is committed to a “green policy”. Where possible we use environmentally friendly material in our construction projects and try to adhere to all energy efficient standards. Our company office also operates a green policy using only certified recycled paper and refilling used ink cartridges. All office equipment that is not in frequent use is shut down, hence saving electricity.
